He began his career in Public Equities, with experience spanning PIPE deals, turnaround strategies, and derivatives trading. At Blue Ashva Capital, he focuses on private market investments, with a particular instinct for assessing people as much as businesses. Satyam approaches investing with a systems mindset — combining technical depth, market experience, and a strong instinct for human capital. He plays an active role in shaping Blue Ashva’s strategy across investments, technology, and brand. In addition to investment responsibilities, Satyam oversees the firm’s marketing initiatives, technology stack, and contributes to talent acquisition.
